Plain English where the law allows. These terms cover your use of this website and our voice assistant. Paid work runs under a separate agreement, described below.
Acceptance
By using deepmist.ai or talking to our voice assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Engagements
Marketing content on this site is not a contract or an offer. Pricing and scope shown here are indicative. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and statement of work, signed before the work begins. If anything in those documents conflicts with these terms, those documents control for that engagement.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and as intended. Do not scrape or harvest it at scale, reverse engineer it, probe or overload it, interfere with its operation, or misuse the voice assistant. Please do not send confidential information or other people's personal data through the contact form or the voice assistant.
The voice assistant
Our voice assistant, Alex, is an AI. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it does not give professional advice. Conversations are recorded as a text transcript so we can follow up. Nothing Alex says is a binding offer or commitment by Deep Mist.
AI outputs and no reliance
Content on this site and any AI output, including demonstrations and the voice assistant, is provided for general information only. It may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.
Intellectual property
Deep Mist owns the content on this site, including text, design, and graphics. Case study details are anonymized under non-disclosure agreements and may not be used to identify the underlying clients. Product names and logos belong to their owners.
Your submissions
When you send us a message or talk to the voice assistant, you give us permission to use what you submit to respond to you and to scope possible work. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
Third-party links
The site may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimer
The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Mist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross fault, or willful misconduct.
Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable costs we incur from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new last-updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed engagement documents, are the entire agreement about your use of the site. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You agree to comply with applicable export and sanctions laws.
