Accessibility
Last updated: June 7, 2026
We hold this site to the standard we build to for clients, and we want to hear about anything that gets in your way.
Our commitment
We want deepmist.ai to work for everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Conformance status
deepmist.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, and some parts may not yet fully meet it.
Measures we take
We build accessibility into our process: semantic structure, keyboard support, color-contrast checks, and screen-reader testing before we ship changes. Our hero videos respect the reduce-motion setting in your operating system and never play audio automatically.
The voice assistant and video
Our voice assistant is one way to reach us, not the only way. If voice does not work for you, the contact form and accessibility@deepmist.ai are an equal path to the same outcome. Our background videos are decorative, carry no essential information, and respect reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following and are working on it: the voice assistant does not provide captions of its spoken replies. If you need a text alternative, use the contact form or email us instead.
Assessment
We assess this site by self-evaluation, most recently on June 7, 2026, using automated tools together with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. We have not yet had an independent third-party audit.
Feedback
If you hit a barrier, please tell us. Email accessibility@deepmist.ai with the page address, what happened, and the assistive technology you use. We respond within five business days and will work with you on an alternative in the meantime.
